Impatient.

So lately I've noticed something--I'm very impatient when it comes to my work. I want it finished NOW and I want the paper version to look EXACTLY like what's in my head [which rarely happens]. Which inevitably leaves me aggravated and leaves the work unfinished. I get stumped and have the intention of taking a break only to leave it and move on to the next thing that piques my interest. HELP!!! Anyone have the same problem? Or have suggestions?
